I graduated from Adelphi University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and shortly after began a career as a Cardiothoracic/Surgical ICU RN. For the last 5 years, you could find me volunteering as a firefighter and EMT at my local fire department. Working in high pressure environments, I've developed invaluable skills such as being a quick learner, adaptive and detailed oriented ,and being a phenomenal problem solver.

In my free time, I learned how to code and with another developer, built a mapboard that parses through dispatch calls using Google's Dashboard API, ultimately improving response time. Additionally, it leverages the AlphaVantage API and TickerSymbol API to provide real-time and accurate data on various stocks.
